If you are going to call someone a dumbass, at least be in the right. In this case, you are wrong, hence making you a dumbass.

For starters, the woman in those photos has a Bob haircut with bangs -- Alison has neither. Second, the guy in the photos doesn't even look like Franco. Third, all the nude party goers in the photos look teenaged/college aged. It would be pathetic if 30-something Alison and late 20s Franco were attending college parties -- nude parties at that -- with people a decade or so younger. The woman in those photos is named Emily Tisshaw and is a university student in the UK. You can google her yourself. She has also confirmed herself as being the real person in those photos.

It wasn't Franco either. A few months before the Celebrity hacking scandal broke a picture was on Emily Tisshaws Twitter photo stream:

Look familiar? This is definitive proof that it wasn't Brie or her boyfriend.

Yeah, that was not her in the picture. It doesn't even look like her. When I heard about the picture I was stoked; and then I saw the picture and just got disappointed :( lol.
