I never watched the original series, but as for the new, I'm blown away by how much I enjoy it. The nerd in me is in overdrive, even putting me to the point of owning Dalek & TARDIS salt and pepper shakers.

I always get a bit sad when a new Doctor is introduced as it takes time to get over and adapt to new Doctors, but have yet to be disappointed in any of them. Matt may be the youngest to date, however I find that he beautifully captures the essence of the character, especially when he's excited and starts speaking very quickly. David & Chris were terrific too. Keep up the great work!

I agree with this...my inner nerd goes crazy. I love this show as well. I do have to say I have a place in my heart for David. He was an awesome Doctor (and in general a great actor...plus he's very sexy). I'm not too fond of Chris...I think that might be more about the fact that he played against Rose, and I don't care for her character at all.

I will add as a side note the jury is still out on Clara as a companion. I'm not sure how I feel about her.

Long time fan & I love Matt's Doctor. Miss Amy & Rory, not sure of Clara even with her mystery told.
