Show stopper!

I don't know if it's shear charisma or superior acting ability, but Ms Siff lights up the screen. She made such a huge impression on "Mad Men", that of all the past characters they brought her back. Certain cast members like "Sal" or "Duck" had bigger roles. But to see Maggie in a fur coat, only for a minute, was very tantalizing.

And then to enjoy her on "Sons of Anarchy" for six seasons, was epic.

So now my question is, when will the rest of Hollywood wake up and put her in a blockbuster. Or at least an Oscar worthy role?

I would love to see her in a lead role in a film. Unfortunately, she's in her 40's which means in ageist Hollywood, she's like a 100. There are, of course, exceptions like Meryl Streep, Amy Adams and Sandra Bullock but they become megastars in their 30's (or younger). I hope Siff has a "star is born" film role and is nominated for an Oscar. I see an Emmy more likely though because she is doing some solid television work including the Showtime series Billions which has a very prestigious cast.

She does have a very youthful look so I can see her playing younger roles.
