He looked like he was coked out at the Emmy's
I saw him being interviewed on the Red Carpet and they did a close up and he had horrible bags under his eyes, worse than usual, and he was slurring his speech. It was really awkward.
During his acceptance speech he was slurring his words like crazy as well. I couldn't stop thinking this guy is coked out of his mind. Am I crazy?
