Congrats Rami...it was no surprise to me

I just read that this was a surprise for Emmy followers. First. I'm so tired of the same person getting Emmy after Emmy,
I'm certain that like with the oscars many,with the privilege and responsibility to vote,don't even see the show,movie!?!?!? I read that many do not an I've read this year after year. Also that they are biased against horror,etc...

Mr. Malek's work in MR Robot is stand out,innovative and near perfection. It isn't the usual fare. Yes, the others were good,but look at the kind of acting involved. Spacey is good,but he does Spacey,,.,like Nicholson does Nicholson...and the rest while very good,we're just that. Rami Malek's Mr Robot is simply something else....BROVO. They got it right this time,,,and with Taliana Maslany as well. That was overdue.
Actually with her I'd have to take back the comment of repeating Emmy after Emmy., Lets face it...this actor has it down!!! Phenomenal!

Agreed!! So glad I logged on IMDb today to see that Rami Malek in fact won! High praise they got it right ha! Well deserved! (ur so right...the panel of voters rarely WATCH half of the shows or films out there?)
Congrats Rami! Ur brilliance playing Elliot in Mr. Robot is everything :) There's not a single actor I can think of that can play ur character & make this show what it is, congratulations!!!
Obviously a huge shout out to the mastermind who makes the show what it is, creator director et al... Sam Esmail :) even though I feel completely stupid & lost sometimes watching Mr. Robot, I love it! the writing is so over my head SMART, and I love it, why its crucial for me to watch each eppy a few times, all the hidden objects and clues in the background, oh they are there, u gotta pay close attention...it's just so brilliantly thought out, and a breath of fresh air. Must watch TV.

It's well deserved but everyone knows winning an Emmy is more about wining and dining and greasing the right palms, just like the oscars it's all a big dog & pony show, still have to give kudos to Rami, MR Robot is one of the best things I've seen in years and if anyone deserved he did.
