I don't understand this quote from her at all..

I think there's an intelligence behind her lack of obviousness. In a way, she has more power that way, and if she had survived [giving] birth, she would have gone to become quite an incredible queen. (On Jane Seymour)

I suppose she's refering to the actress Jane Seymore, which is alive afaik...

So what exactly did she mean with this quote?.

She's not referring to the actress. She played a woman with that name in The Tudors.

I think Jane Seymour was Henry VIII's second to last wife. She is obviously not talking about the actress.
