I heard about her too, they said she had the world's saddest IMDB profile, wonder why she only had one role. I heard Threads was a good movie, did it ever air outside of Britain?
Well, surely her performance in threads was a magnum opus that could never be topped? And yeah, according to its 'broadcast history' on Wikipedia it has been broadcast in the states at least once.
