Now someone can stipulate further and, for example, refer only to those women who have sexual relations with 007, but that would seriously narrow the list of Bond girls, especially since Daniel Craig took over the role.
Also consider the complication that not every woman who has sex with James in the series -- or romances him -- is an ally, but rather an enemy. Not to mention some enemies morph into allies.
