...there's going to be a riot.

He looks nothing like Harrison Ford nor is he even the same physique or stature. They need someone who at least is as tall as Ford was in the late 1970's (6'-0 to 6'-1) and it would help a lot to find someone who could pull off the characters looks and mannerisms without one having to suspend disbelief.

I just don't know why they can't go and get Ingruber for the role? It's like they're purposefully not looking at him BECAUSE the fans demand it.

supposedly taron egerton was one of the top as well and he said he wasn't even contacted. so maybe it's the reverse with anthony.

That's what a lot of actors say, like oh what are you talking about. When Paul Rudd was asked about Ant-Man, he was pretty coy about it,and plus there probably in the stages of narrowing down and choosing the actor.
