Sophie Turner will hurt her career

I can easily see Deborah being considered for Sansa in GoT or Jean Grey in the upcoming X-Men film (Daredevil isn't as high profile) but both parts went to Turner. Deborah is 11 years older and yet has a rather poor track record as far as her film choices goes whereas the younger Turner is making better choices and is proving herself as a leading lady in films (something Deborah has yet to do).

Both are very similar and would go for equally similar roles yet as far as acting goes I've yet to see anything remarkable from Deborah; while Turner isn't great either she is only starting and has shown some good stuff in GoT. In terms of beauty I think they are very much on par.

I definitely see Deborah losing some good roles to Turner further down the road.

With 11 years between them, they are not peers and there is no way they would be considered for the same roles. Sophie isn't even 20 yet and is relegated to teen roles; Deborah has to go for characters who are 25+. You might as well have claimed Sophie Turner is going to take roles away from Julianne Moore and Amy Adams too.

Nah Sansa already looks much older then she's.
I think she'll age horribly.

Deb isn't amazing looking but she's prettier and less masculin looking then Sansa

How could she have been considered for Sansa? She's like a decade too old for that character.

I was gonna post a thread commenting on how much Deborah looks like Sophie!

But they're not considered peers because there's a generational gap... They'll both do just fine.

How could Woll have been considered for Sansa? Sansa is 11 in the first book, A Game of Thrones, and the show's producers aged the character to 13. No way Woll could have even been brought up as a potential Sansa by any casting directors or producers. Similarly, as Woll is now 30, there's no way they could have ever thought of her for a young 80s era Jean Grey for X-Men: Apocalypse.

As someone else noted, they are in completely different age brackets and have never been and never will be vying for the same roles.

Beauty is subjective, but the assure you there is no shortage of people who think DAW is stunningly gorgeous.

Deborah Ann Woll watch out! Helen Mirren, Dame Judi Dench, and Vanessa Redgrave are going to steal your career!

Sophie is much younger, so I doubt it matters. Also, from what I've seen so far, Sophie Turner is not a particularly good actress. Maybe she'll surprise me, but I suspect this will be a bit more exposed in the new X-Men role.
