I don't really understand if they don't want people making political comments, why would they put these people like Kamala Harris in this section. Is there anything else that we can comment on her acting, or dramatic abilities? She is certainly not an actress, and not really even a celebrity. He public persona is all about politics.

Maybe MovieChat should change their programming so that any post over here has a "political" toggle on it, so that if a comment or thread goes political it can be marked by a moderator to transferred over to the political board but it can still be about or under the actor/movie heading. Eventually have a toggle on each actor or movie entry that will switch between political comments/discussions and media comments/discussions.
