Surely those positions involve some level of charm and eloquence and dignity to be successful.

I see NONE of that in this genuinely dull-witted cackling fucking idiot. How on earth did she get where she is?

She slept with the married Judge Willie Brown in SF and got her career started. Most of those job titles she has were given to her on a silver platter.
