shareThe VP duties per the constitution are to preside over the Senate and cast tie breaking votes, something Harris has done a record number of times. The VP also stands by to take over for the president if incapacitated and preside over electoral vote counting and impeachment trials. As far as I know, Harris has not failed at any of these duties.
