shareI didn't know condoms were banned in North Korea, but after some web research, it seems condoms, along with other means of birth control were banned long before him. I think in an effort to boost population growth.
North Korea population is currently about half of South Korea and that is with South Korea's very low birth rate (0.84 births per woman, North Korea is 1.82).
