Only in the minds of the sort of horrid narrow minded snobs you get on the Wirral, who probably put that info together for his agent or Wikipedia. These are the type who still can't get their heads around the fact the Wirral has in fact been part of Merseyside, aka Greater Liverpool since 1974.
