shareAge of consent in the developed world is anywhere from 13 in Japan to 18 in some US states. However, Millie is from the UK and lives in both the UK and Georgia where the AOC is 16. However, and this is a major point, any sort of nudity in a photo is illegal if under the age of 18.
Now that she is 18 there are no limits as such as to what can be said. It may be creepy, it may be in bad taste, it may repulse some people, but it is what it is. She is an adult now.
Also, certainly in the UK, if the AOC in another country is below 16, that doesn't mean UK citizens can go to those countries and do as they please - it will still be considered a crime under UK law.
However, and this is a major point, any sort of nudity in a photo is illegal if under the age of 18.

Laws have changed since then. In the UK nudity at 16 used to be OK but was changed to 18 about 20-odd years ago I think.
