cut version
I saw this last night -- a print supplied by the Australian Screen and Sound Archive, which was only sixty minutes long. There was an obvious narrative jump when David Holm was being released from prison, and his brother was arrested for murder, and up till then he had been a free man, and we didn't even know he had a brother. Does anyone know how this truncated version came about?
(And yes, the music score was terrible)
