Still a fun adventure

I recently rewatched this film for first time in over a decade, and it mostly holds up as a fun ride. The effects were groundbreaking for their day. Fay wray was gorgeous. Good sets. It has an epic feel.

I have a few minor nitpicks I saw on the rewatch, but not enough to lower my score. Still a 9.
