Black History Month

Over the years I noticed something missing at the end of BL. After watching it again and Black history stories playing on the news in the background it hit me. The Cabin Kids are missing. We see them hanging around backstage after they sang all the way up to Daisey running off stage. But then they disappear when Spanky gets on stage. When Kitty goes behind curtain to save poor Spanky we don't see them in any of the back/side stage views. I was wondering in 1935 if they didn't want a cute white women getting stripped and completely humiliated get laughed at by any Black people adding to her humiliation. I know Stymie and Buckwheat are in the audience but you really can't see them. After the Cabin Kids heard Kitty ranting and raving with the MC about how talented Spanky was, they probably would get a good belly laugh at Kitty's expense and the Cabin kid boys would show Kitty their logs.
