Rome! By all means, Rome.

reply

Too many times. I like this film, but yes, there was no reason to keep repeating his name.

I love Jim Hutton! Have you seen "Period of Adjustment". Another fun Christmas move with Hutton and Jane Fonda and her "little blue zipper bag"!

reply

Oh yes. Christmas wouldn't be Christmas without that little blue zipper bag.... 

I watched that film a couple of days ago. I saw it several times these last 2 Christmas seasons, too!

I love Jim Hutton in the phone booth responding to his friend who has just asked him where he was. Hutton's reply: "I am in hell!"...hilarious.

reply

And then the reply...."Geographically, I mean." 

Hey, do you think that Jim was sexy? 

reply

I never thought of him as sexy, but when I was a Tween, I sure wanted him to be my boyfriend.

reply

Hmmm....I've heard several other women on the boards say the same thing. 

And I don't blame any of them even for a second! 

I've never noticed that it was said repeatedly. However, it would be a good "drinking game". You know, take a sip of Egg Nog or your preferred Holiday alcoholic drink, each time you hear "Matuschek". Two sips if it's "Matuschek and Company".

reply

It could almost be a drinking game, but you'd die of alcohol poisoning.
