Stewart's Realistic Performance.

Even though I thought He was too Apple Pie American for playing a Hungarian Shopkeeper, Stewart was very straightforward, and Realistic in this. For instance when He was telling His friend what kind of Woman He was attracted to, He said He liked them pretty but, not too pretty, especially for someone like Him. That tells Me that Kralik liked Natural looking Girls, not overly glamorous types.
