Greatness untouched by the passage of time.

I watched this film for the first time yesterday, Thurs 4 Dec 2014. Absolutely spellbinding experience. From the gloriously inventive use of Technicolor, to the dazzling choreography, I was completely blown away.

I wrote a short review, for anyone interested in the opinions of a 37yr old man, on the film.

Was this a viewing on the big screen?

The restoration is a must. If it ever tours near you go see it (If you haven't already).

Sadly it wasn't a big screen experience. But I'd jump at the chance to see it properly projected. BBC2 in the UK screened the restoration in HD. Stunning.
