This is a favourite movie of mine - Spencer Tracy was such a fine actor, one who fitted himself into evey part he played. He is also good in BOYS TOWN. As for GUESS WHO'S COMING TO DINNER, he gives another fine performance. He finished this movie just in time - a few days later he was found dead (June 1967).

Yes, by that time Tracy was so ill that he couldn't be insured for GWCTD. If he had died before the film was finished, the studio would have lost a lot of money.
