"lucy's club dance" 1954 episode

in this one, in the opening scene, ethel is standing in front of the ricardo's fireplace (mantle) taking care of 'the fine arts league' meeting and to us the viewer (but actor's left shoulder) tucked way back & far right hand corner of the mantle's very messy foliage arrangement you can see what appears to be a male paper doll with a beard and a (somewhat) mohawk hair-cut, you can see it again later when lucy has to explain to ricky her scheme and then again when ricky wants to know why there's a hole in his newspaper - it sort of reminded me of/resembled one of the shows writers, bob carroll, i wonder if it was a 'plant/nod/in-joke' to him for some reason - has anyone else ever noticed the image before - i doubt there is anyone alive who would know why they 'did it' if they did in fact do as i've speculated - kind of fun though ... i defiantly see it, not imagine it to be there - it is! LOL :)
