I like the look of the Robot Monster
In another context he could have been ok. Maybe a henchman/pet to a villain on the old Batman show. Maybe the Jocker's cyber-ape or something like that.

Because his head was covered up, the only way he could express anything was make those overly dramatic arm waves. Reminded me of one of those dubbed Chinese movies:
