I have noticed in a few episodes, that Bud and Jim pronounce the 2 words "at all" as "uh tall."
Someone had wondered where Bud was and Betty replied "oh he's gawnt the store" instead of " oh he's gone to the store." I've heard Ethel on I Love Lucy say this one as well.
Anyone else notice this? Yea, it's nit-picky but after hearing both used several times, it makes me wonder if the pronunciation was written this way.

Makes me think it was intentional by the producers... maybe to make sure it was understood.
Pronunciation in the U.S. has many regional idiosyncrasies. They were even more distinct sixty or seventy years ago, before a lifetime of watching television had made American speech more homogenous.
shareliscarkat is absolutely right. For example, watch Route 66, which was filmed all over the USA in the early 1960s, and you'll hear those regional idiosyncrasies a-plenty.
