Rights to 'Dam Busters'?

Hello,

I work for a little movie theater in Germany, not far from Möhnesee.
It's the 100th Birthday of the Möhnesee Dam now and the Events depicted in the movie "Dam Busters" are of course extremely relevant in it's history.
Because of that, we want to show the german DVD Version of this classic flick.
The only problem is, we don't know, who has the rights to show this movie in public?
"StudioCanal" only has the rights to print the DVD, not to publicly show the movie. It seems the rights have gone from one company to next over the years (Associated British-Pathé, Warner Bros.) ... but who has them now?

I would be very thankful for some clues!

Greetings,
Florian

If you have the DVD of the movie and can show it to the public, put it on and the people who own the rights will be in touch, I'm sure.
This may sound flippant but if you go as far as advertising such a showing you will be warning owners of the rights or their representatives of your plans and that may be good enough.
That is just a thought as I am not qualified to give any advice.
Good Luck.
