Actor who played the General's Sargent at arms?

He was standing next to the General during both renditions of The Old Man. Can't seem to find him on the cast list.

Yes his name is Joe in the movie. I posted about him before and someone posted what he did after he left show biz. You should still be able to find it on the message board.
