just saw it on the BIG screen

Wonderful! A dream come true! But a few things I noticed:

The Blu Ray or Hi Def or whatever is worth the price of the ticket

The girl's evening gowns are even more gorgeous!

Vera Ellen breaks the fourth wall many many times

In the "Snow" scene in the Club Car, the menu goes from being on its' side, to standing upright.

The girls get the Drawing room on the train, but in the morning, the are sleeping in berths, Bob has to lift Betty off her upper berth.

GO see it tomorrow at a theatre near you

Danny Kaye still makes the audience genuinely laugh!!

I was impressed at how good it looks on the big screen, and I also noticed things I hadn't noticed before.

Well, she looked into/through the camera a couple of times briefly, but it's not breaking the fourth wall.

It is bad to drink Jobus rum. Very bad.

You are so lucky. I wish I could see it on the big screen, but they're not showing it in the UK :( it sounds like it was amazing, and I love learning that Danny Kaye still makes the audience laugh. :)

They probably changed trains in New York to go to Vermont. On such late notice, there probably weren't any private sleeping car rooms available, so they had to take berths.
