A Couple of Things

Betty and Judy were in Bob and Phil's train compartment; so Bob and Phil had to sit in the dining car all night; however, the next morning we see Betty and Judy in a different set of beds (whatever they were called). Did Bob and Phil get their compartment back and the girls were able to find another place to sleep? If so, I though the train was full. Oh well. Another thing, and I think this was mentioned before on this site but the dresses were so beautful. I wish many of the female movie stars of today would dress in a dress like Vera was wearing when she danced with Danny Kaye at the Florida club.

It has been brought up in other threads in this forum that they probably changed trains at least once between Florida and Vermont. The train shown from the outside at the start of the trip is different from the one that pulls into the station in Vermont. The sleeping accommodations changing from a compartment to berths could be expected. Also, it may not even be (and probably is not) the next morning following "Snow" routine in the club car.

Audiences at the time may or may not have caught this detail.
