Here's my plot hole/goof. Ymir smashes his way out of a metal cage, but they expect a rickety looking wooden one to hold him later on in the barn scene.

There are alot of silly moments when you think about them and compare this movie with today's standards.

Like a rocket the size of the Sears tower only hold 14 people. And it took so long to sink.

When the military man says the rocket is lost 'leagues' under the sea when 'fathom' would be the correct measurement.

When the creature escapes near the end its because some goof didn't correctly move the slow movie crane in time.

After telling us the monster is unaffected by bullets, the third act is filled with people firing bullets at the monster.

I liked when the military men in the beginning were discussing where the ship crashed. A tiny fishing village in Sicily and one of the men says about the village, "oh yes, I see it there." pointing at a gigantic world map.  You know, cuz tiny villages are always labelled on big maps.

I actually laughed out loud at that part.
It must have been a joke by the actor that they decided to keep in the movie.

Nobody seemed to have any credible motivation. Apart from Pepe.

A new lifeform hatches. What do they do? They stick it in a cage with no food, no water, nothing to lie down on, and nobody checks on it for hours. Great vet!

A commander loses all sixteen of his crew, enables a dangerous creature to get loose and kill lots of people, demolishes parts of an iconic Ancient Roman building... and then wanders off with his date.

So this is permanence, love's shattered pride.
What once was innocence, turned on its side.

Luv when after Lil Lizard is poked with a stick and attacks by gnawing on the guys shoulder and someone yells "Hey stop that!" = now thats killer writing...........^_^
