Clint Eastwood?

I've seen this movie many times and the scene were all departments are reporting battle station readiness, one of the sailors looks like Clint Eastwood. He's the one wearing a red helmet and as i recall is reporting for the forward magazine. Can anyone confirm that?

I've seen the same thing. It's definitely Eastwood. Can't find a credit but, it's him.

Because it's not him. There is some superficial resemblance, but different enough to know it is NOT him.

I noticed a guy on the German submarine that looked suspiciously much alike James Coburn. Perhaps this film is full of "to be"-stars extras.

I think it is Clint Eastwood.

reply

Not really. Many of the crew on the ship were real crew men of the ship. The guy in the engine room reading the comic book for example is the captain of the real ship.

pictures or clip on youtube or it didn't happen

I've said the same thing. It's Eastwood.

I found a website/bio confirming it, but can't remember where.
