It will definitely be the next Criterion DVD that I purchase.

The cover looks better than the one that was on the previous version of the film.

The Criterion Blu-ray disc is excellent.

I got to watch Purple Noon by accident, picking it up at the local library and have watched it three times and will watch it again today. I have a projection tv and the background scenery is breathtaking. I'm going to buy the Blu Ray edition as soon as possible.
