Name of the instrumental composition playing during fish market scene

What is the name of the composition (and who is the author) playing at 60th minute of the film? This is when Tom Ripley arrives in Naples and strolls in fish market.

All I know is that Nino Rota was responsible for the Plein soleil soundtrack. It's one of the best soundtracks I ever heard.
