'Plein soleil' Rome movie locations question
When Ripley aka Alain Delon gets rid of Freddy Miles' body on Via Appia Antica, I was always wondering where exactly on Via Appia Antica the scene has been filmed and if this place has changed over the past 52 years?
Does anybody know?
We've been to Rome in December 2008 and on one of the days we took the bus to Via Appia Antica, but no matter how often we asked and how long we walked around, there just was no spot that looked even slightly similar to the one where Alain Delon aka Ripley disposes of Miles' body.
