Ha.

My, my, an "etiquette expert" who somehow, by means of both her beauty and her somewhat haughty European accent, makes her judgments all the more..stinging?

Oh, well, as the commenters note. Hepburn was playing a "hillbilly girl" TRYING to be a sophisticate, hence a lot of the blunders(by her character at least.)

As the Hollywood agent played with great "boobie-baby" moxie by Martin Balsam says: "She's a phony, but she's a REAL phony!"
