Only problem I saw

Was when Joe Hungerford let Joe Clay go to his wife alone.

A guy with 14 yrs sobriety, wouldn't let a guy with 4 months sobriety go there alone

He would have found a woman and gone with them, as a 12 step call

4 mos your still emotionally weak

Read the whole tradition "--in press, radio, and films---"

In alot of meetings the use both first and last names, You are admonished not to break anonymity at the end of the meeting, it is a personal choice to use or not use your last name in a meeting.

Quit trying to talk about something you know nothing about

the problem i saw is that at the meeting, Lemmon gets up and says "hi my name is joe clay"

it is supposed to be anonymous. no last names.

Some members say their full names some don't. The anonymity part of the traditions states "---in press, radio, and films---".

The pledge is to not leave a meeting and tell anyone else who was there.

Yes, foster1234, that would have been the protocol...

And you're right about the anonymity Tradition. Even though most people stick to their first names, once in a blue moon I've heard people say their full names.

"Joey, have you ever been in a Turkish prison?"

IN movie making and staging plays, there are times the writer and director bend the rules to create a better scene. e.g. characters enter rooms on stage when in reality they would most likely remain outside. Characters often are able to park on the curb just in front of the building they must enter. Characters run into other characters on the street. I figure even if Blake Edwards knew of the guidelines and recommendations, he would have said, no one is going to care if a third person is standing behind me--especially since he wasn't a violent criminal.
