Can someone please explain "Break Bread Together." I have asked around thinking it is something anyone knows but I live in Maryland and no one that I have asked seems to know.

In this case it simply means to have a meal or share food with someone else.

Actually Rocky uses this term to describe time he spent with his old girlfriend in his dad's shop. In this context I think he meant they came up there for secret romantic trysts.

Yes, just to combine the two answers...it is a common expression literally meaning to share a meal with someone. In this case, even though it is left purposefully ambiguous, I think in the context it's fair to say he meant they had frequent sexual liaisons.
