U.S.S. Bennington in Ep 3 of Season 2
There's some stock guncam footage as the flying sub lands on a carrier in Episode 3; "The Monster from Outer Space". The deck had a giant "20" painted on it, so I looked up the vessel.
It's an old CV that had been modernized with an angled deck; the U.S.S. Bennington.
