So...how did the torpedo's fire?
Something I rememberd from when I was a kid when I started watching the DVDs was that I always wondered what the torpedo tubes looked like in the Seaview.
We always saw the torpedo's loaded with the nose going to the rear of the sub, yet, when they were fired, they always came out of the front. There must have been a wicked u-turn in the hull to get them pointed in the right direction.
Then again, there's probably the same relationship to the Flying Sub hatch. In the obseveration nose, the hatch is only about 3 feet from the hull of the ship, but somehow it leads right down into the Flying Sub, which has it's hatch about 15 feet further back.
Admiral Nelson must have had some help from the Timelords when he was building the Seaview.
He who fights and runs away, lives to run away again!
