1) This episode has a sea giant thats can walk and breath underwater.

2) This one has the crew arriving at a deserted US city. They could voices but couldn't see anyone.

3) This had the crew battling humans who turned into man-sized toy soldiers by a mad scientist type.

The third episode you are looking for is actually "Savage Jungle". The villain Perry Lopez, had three small soldiers in a box that he enlarged and used at will. In "The X Factor", a kidnapped scientist is disguised as a life-sized toy soldier so that he can be smuggled overseas; I don't think that's the one you're looking for.
