Can anybody help with this?

Does anybody remember an episode where Admiral Nelson mentioned a woman named Helen Caldwell? She was never shown; he just said something like, "The President's Secretary, Helen Caldwell, sent this message." I only ask because my mother knows a woman named Helen Caldwell, and I'd love to show her the clip, but I can't remember which episode it was in. I think it was one of the first season episodes. Hopefully, one of you will see the episode in the future and let me know. Thank you.
