In the earlier part of this movie, Cary Grant is irritatingly woken up by a crazy Japanese tune from an alarm clock in that apartment. Can someone tell me the credit for this tune and whether I can find an actual alarm clock playing it?

Hmmm. I always thought it was a clock radio tuned to a Japanese early-morning exercise program. Not sure where I got that idea though.

I always thought that as well. I remember as a child that early morning radio and TV had exercise programs or adult education type programs.
