Three-Act Structure (Spoilers)

Lately I've been studying screenplays of movies and I just watched/analyzed this one.

Just in case you're also a screenwriting buff/student I thought I'd share my analysis, we can discuss how the script is structured.

ACT 1

Bonnie and Clyde meet. The first robberies. C.W. joins them.

Inciting Incident: Clyde kills somebody for the first time

Plot Point 1: Buck and Blanche join Bonnie, Clyde, and C.W.

ACT 2

They run from the law. Rob another bank. Steal cars. Take hostages (the sheriff and that couple whose car they steal). Escape from a police shootout. Family reunion with Bonnie's mother.

Midpoint Reversal: The shootout at night where Buck and Blanche get shot.

Low Point aka Crisis: Buck dies and Blanche is blinded/apprehended.

Plot Point 2: Bonnie, Clyde, and C.W. arrive at C.W.'s dad's house.

ACT 3

Blanche reveals C.W.'s name to the sheriff. C.W.'s father betrays Bonnie and Clyde.

Climax: The ambush

Feel free to disagree with any of these, but if you do, please tell me what you think should be different; like if you think a different scene should be the inciting incident, midpoint, plot point 1 or 2, or whatever.

IN act three between the two points listed, I'dd add
Consummation: Clyde successfully has sex with Bonnie.
Otherwise, looks pretty good.
