Camera used in Bonnie and Clyde

I know the Kodak camera used by Gene Hackman was similar to the one used by the real Bonnie and Clyde but,I wonder why the camera used by Warren Beatty was a Speed Graphic made years after Bonnie and Clyde died? Has anyone noticed?

No worse than when Bonnie asked C.W. what kind of car they were driving at the gas station. C.W. exclaims it is a coupe, and Bonnie confirms it as a 'stolen coupe' It was a Roadster. A coupe is either a closed body with fixed roof or as in a 'sport coupe' or 'Cabriolet' a convertible roof with pillared windshield & doors.
