Elton John as Harold!
Was watching Cameron Crowe's documentary The Union and was shocked to hear Elton John say he was offered the part of Harold by none other than Hal Ashby. His music career was just taking off & he decided to pass on the movie. He didn't want to spend 4 months shooting and miss the opportunity to promote his first album.
