Contract the kids sign
Is signed by CHILDREN under the age of 18 so not actually legal or binding right? Should have been the parent/guardian signing it.

shareWell, Wonka was a bit different than most people, he was going to let a child run the factory.
shareIt really doesn't matter how old they were. It wasn't legally binding by it's mere existence. Wonka made what's called a unilateral offer to the world... 'Find a ticket, receive a factory tour and lifetime supply of chocolate'. Finding the ticket and presenting yourself at the gates at X time was acceptance of that offer at which point a contract was formed. Claiming that they can't enter insisting that they sign another is completely illegal!
Hey! You're not old enough to drink! Now go and die for your country!!!

'Are you allergic to Oompa Loopas?' That clause has to be in thereξ¦

I presume you meant 'singing'. Bit of an ironic slip thereξ¦

To answer the OP....
Yes, pretty much. Children can't legally enter into a contract agreement on their own. Since only they signed, the contact is null and void.
But its a kids movie, so logic be damned.
