Could be difficult. There are quite a lot of 'not bad' foreign films. Literally thousands upon thousands of them. And we don't know your tastes.
As you are 'not hip to good foreign films', I'm going to assume that means you haven't seen many at all. It may be useful to start with one or two of the popular critic lists then -- 'the best films ever made' kind of things -- and find some things that appeal to you there. Naturally, not everything will. But they're good jumping off points.
