Any other hockey players you can name?

What an absolute bonus to watch this movie for the first time and find the segment at the hockey game. I know they called out Bobby Orr, but are there any other legends on the ice in that Blackhawks / Bruins game that are worth calling out?
What about on the Blackhawks squad in particular? They must have had some heavy weights during those years as well.

There were only 12 teams in the league around the time of the film. The Bruins were by far the most popular team in Boston.

Blackhawks had Hull and Mikita and Phil Esposito's (Bruin C) brother Tony (Goal).

Just started reading the book. Remembering Orr as the only name mentioned in the film, I was surprised see 'Sabderson ' - as in Derek Sanderson, who was a very good checking forward whose career was derAiled by alcohol. Lived homeless in Central Park for a time if memory serves.

I thought it was funny seeing Wayne Cashman for the Bruins elbow the Blackhawks player to start the fight (Was that Pat Stapelton?). Cashman was a tough customer and to see him doing his thing while they filmed a live game to be used in the film makes this movie an extra-special Boston flick.

They had just lost Bobby Hull to the WHA, but they still had his brother, Dennis. Tony Esposito was the goalie, #35 (although, during the fight the goalie was #1, Mike Veisor.). Stan Makita, Pit Martin, Ralph Backsrom, Jim Pappin, Keith Magnuson, Chico Maki and Bill White. The Black Hawks were in the Stanley Cup that season, losing to the Habs.

Life is pain. Anyone who says differently is selling something.
