WHITE LIGHTNING (1973) Was Suppose To Be Spielberg's First Film

WHITE LIGHTNING (1973) was suppose to be Steven Spielberg's first film.

He did several months work on it.

I wonder how it would have been different?

Not true, Duel was a speilberg film done around 1968.

He means feature film. Duel was a TV movie made in 1971. He did work for months on pre-production on this film, but ended up making The Sugarland Express as his first feature instead.
